How to reach WifNet: corrections, questions about a guide, feedback on an ISP comparison, and what we genuinely cannot help with.

The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@wifnet.com.

What we can help with

  • Corrections — a plan detail that changed, a claim that is wrong, a provider name or number that is out of date.
  • Article questions — if a guide did not solve your problem and you can tell us what you tried, we may be able to point you at the right section.
  • Suggestions — a topic you want covered, or a Malaysian-specific problem that no guide addresses.

What we cannot do

  • We are not an ISP. We cannot check your line, raise a fault, restore your service or process a bill. Contact your provider's support channel for that.
  • We do not sell or install. We do not quote for routers, cabling or installation work.
  • We cannot diagnose from a single speed test screenshot. A useful report includes the plan name, a wired test at two different times of day, and the router model.

Before you email about slow internet

Work through these first — they resolve most cases:

  1. Test with an Ethernet cable at 9pm, then compare with a 7am test. How to test properly →
  2. Move the router out of any cabinet and off the floor. Placement rules →
  3. Check which band your device is on, and try 5GHz near the router. Band guide →

If those three steps show the wired line is fine and only WiFi is slow, no provider change will help — that is a coverage problem, and it is usually fixed for less than a month of a bigger plan.
